Refund and Returns Policy

At Arkansas 1st, your satisfaction is important to us. However, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at a1st@bazaar15.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

This policy applies to all products sold through Arkansas 1st, including those fulfilled via Print on Demand through the Bazaar 15 platform managed by Exox Creatives LLC.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing or color choice
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
